IT-Enabled Services
ITES runs on rosters. Shifts start and end at all hours, volumes are high and one late arrival affects the whole team. Transport has to work every day, not most days.
In brief
Zooper turns approved rosters into planned journeys, then tracks execution and handles exceptions with clear ownership, so shift teams reach work on time and get home safely.
How it works
- 01
Take in the roster.
Use approved shift and attendance inputs as the starting demand.
- 02
Apply safety and service policy.
Set late-hour rules, escort requirements and eligibility.
- 03
Plan the trips.
Group employees, design routes and assign professional fleet partners.
- 04
Watch the trip live.
Track delays, deviations, no-shows and SOS alerts in one view.
- 05
Close the loop.
Reconcile trips, review exceptions and feed lessons back into the next roster.
In depth
The ITES problem
Multi-shift operations create changing roster demand, late-hour movement and employees travelling from scattered locations. Delays and no-shows land directly on service levels.
What to understand first
How rosters are produced and changed, how late the changes arrive, and which arrival windows can't move. Also: who owns an exception at 2 a.m.
How Zooper can help
Zooper links roster demand, routing, vehicle allocation, live tracking and exception workflows, with records showing what happened on every trip.
What needs confirming
Service scope, safety controls, coverage by city and commercial responsibilities are confirmed during solution design. Proof for ITES customers is published only with current evidence and approval.
Questions and answers
Our clients penalise missed logins. Can we prove when a delay was caused by transport?
Yes. Every trip records pickup and arrival times, along with any exception raised on the way. When a client questions an SLA miss, you can show exactly what happened on that trip, not rely on someone's memory of it.
How do we meet night-shift safety obligations for women employees?
Many regions set rules for how women working late are taken home. Zooper tracks every night trip live, gives employees an SOS alert, and only assigns drivers and vehicles with valid documents. Rules such as drop order and escorts can be set to match your policy and local law, and every trip leaves a record you can show an inspector.
Our rosters change with client volumes, sometimes overnight. Can routes keep up?
Planning transport by hand every evening doesn't scale when a client ramps up at short notice. Zooper builds routes from the approved roster, and changes made before the cut-off flow straight into the plan, worked backwards from login time.
No-shows cost us seats every shift. How do we get them under control?
A cancellation right before pickup, or a missed pickup, is recorded as a no-show against the trip. You can see who's affected, deal with repeat cases, and make sure billing reflects what actually happened.
We keep arguing with vendors over transport bills. Can that stop?
Most disputes come from paper trip sheets that don't match the invoice. Zooper records trips automatically and runs billing through a maker-checker process, so every bill is checked against completed trips before it's paid.
