Delete Account

This page lets you request deletion of your Zooper Carpool account and associated personal data. Zooper Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Zooper”) will process valid requests without requiring you to keep the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email contact@zooper.ai with the subject line Delete my Zooper Carpool account and include:

  • Full name
  • Phone number and/or email used to sign up
  • App name: Zooper Carpool

We will verify ownership of the account and process the request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete (or if we need more information).

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly anonymize data linked to your account, including:

  • Profile details (name, photo, preferences)
  • Login identity (email, phone, Google sign-in linkage)
  • Saved places
  • Ride / trip history linked to the account
  • Device tokens used for notifications
  • In-app chat / messages tied to the account
Data retained

Some records may be retained where required by applicable Indian law (for example payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records), for up to 7 years, after which they are deleted or anonymized so they can no longer identify you.
